The award criteria is very simple. There's only one way in which you can win this award.

Your web site must have been reviewed and rated by the PetersNet people, and recieved an 'A' or better in the area of fidelity to the Catholic Church, the Pope and Magisterium, and no less than a 'B' in the other two areas ~ before you apply.  (You should have your answer from them within roughly two weeks).
